Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
8 oz sliced mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1 - Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and coat them in flour.
2 - In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
3 - Add the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
